Before you begin make sure your energy is as dense as your muscles by following my lower dantion exercise here

When you have the necessary level of energy begin by looking at your face in a mirror. Generate or channel joyful and vibrant energy and fuse it with your dense internal energy. Once you have that combination of energy channel it to your face and focus on your skin's signs of aging fading away such as wrinkles and excessive redness. Once you feel your youth returning to your face spread that feeling to your entire body inside and out.
