Who here can make a psi ball, and if so, what do you with it, and what is your technique?

There are many ways to do this kind of work and I would love to see what you all are doing!

Thank you,

I honestly don't make psi balls but on occasion I can see energy orbs in videos around people using chi.

I can make a psi ball.
I use my hands and fix them, like if I’m praying.  Then I pull them a part like 3 inches. Then I breathe into the palm of my hands, that are facing each other.
After a few deep breaths I feel a magnetic force in between my hands. Then I start to shape it into a ball. I can’t do anything with it yet but I’ll learn.

My mother taught me this as an early teenager. We would gather the energy between her hands imagine it to be a ball of light and eventually drop it from one palm into the other until her sensation was recognizable.
We did it to sensing to the energy to my father who is ill. A few years later  I want to massage therapy school setting Mouradian diagnosis, shiatsu And other types of energy healing  that I used with my patience of her course of 20+ years. You can also make this psi  ball  put it in your intention meditate on it open your moms up and blow it away, send it to somebody he needs help with the universe in general. Or you can take your palms with your psi energy bottle and put it on area of your body that needs healing. I think options are limitless and so are Our needs for understanding more. What would you like to do with it?
